Dual BLE x RFID Key Cards

Dual Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) / RFID key cards emit BLE signals within a 10-20m radius around card holder. These signals are then picked by nearby staff devices (phone, tablet) via the Gaia app. This allows staff to seamlessly recognise the guests and access key insights.

Cards are compatible with most door lock systems. No gateways are required, although they can be added for wider coverage.

Dual key cards can be used for seamless recognition, as a mesh network to automate VIP journeys status and measure facilities attractiveness and correlations.

The Gaia Connectors integrating systems, spaces and people

A Gaia Connector is a client dedicated service that sends and receives data from client databases. The connector processes data to make it Gaia compatible with the relevant touchpoint(s).

It can take different forms from micro services to EC2 server and APIs depending on the type of solution a client chooses.

Gaia Connectors do not store copies of data received from PMS and POS and are a dedicated service for every client.

Data privacy

Gaia enables staff receive guest data automatically, without having to retrieve it manually from multiple systems. We run a custom PII data policy, meaning our clients share with us the data they want us to access. All information out of staff sight is anonymous.

Security Management

Our architecture incorporates the most secure practices to protect data and cloud security (AES 256 encryption framework, end-to-end encryption, etc.). Our company is SSLAB Rating A certified.

Guest operations cannot really manage guests and properly track the services they provide. Gaia gave them the ability to have a better identification of the guests, and to anticipate and understand what each guest is supposed to be doing. They want to get rid of Whatsapp messages, as they receive thousands of messages in groups that are impossible to follow. What they wanted to achieve is service excellence with full awareness, and Gaia gives them that.
